A Morongo Valley woman was arrested Wednesday, accused of threatening an elderly woman. Following up on a referral from Adult Protective Services, deputies went to a home in the 9100 block of North Star Trail and located Debra Acamporo, 57. Acamporo is accused of threatening to kill her 84-year-old roommate. When her roommate told her to move out of her home, Acamporo allegedly refused unless the victim paid her money. Debra Acamporo was arrested for investigation of elder abuse and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with her bail set at $75,000.
