Burglars and vandals targeted vehicles in Morongo Valley over the weekend. According to Sheriff’s reports, residents in the 11000 block of San Jacinto Street, 11000 block of Coronado Drive, 11000 block of Knobb Avenue, and 49400 block of Mojave Drive reported Friday, Saturday, and Sunday that their vehicles had been burglarized, including a convertible which had its roof slashed. In addition, a mail truck at the Morongo Valley Post Office had its fuel line cut. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
