Mark your calendars for the Morongo Valley Fire Department’s third annual car show. The car show is set for Saturday, October 14 in Covington Park in Morongo Valley. Register your vehicle before Friday, September 1 for $25; registration is $35 afterwards. Registration for vehicles that travel more than 75 miles to the car show is only $15, and for clubs that enter five or more vehicles. There will be antique fire trucks, live music by Ghostlight Trio, and home-cooked barbecue by Willie Boys. Vendors are also needed for the event. For more information, see mvfdlocal5028.org.
