At tonight’s meeting, the Morongo Valley CSD will continue old business with a report from an ad hoc committee on the driving parameters of the district’s fire vehicles. The board will also discuss bringing the CSD website up to date to comply with an upcoming California Senate bill, discuss hiring Morongo Valley Sports League member Carl “Buddy” Stogner to maintain the Covington Park bathrooms; and review a report from LAFCO, the planning agency overseeing the CSD. The board will then adjourn to closed session to hold a public employee performance evaluation with the general manager and to review anticipated litigation. The meeting will be held in the Covington Park Community Building, 11165 Vale Drive in Morongo Valley.
