Tonight’s meeting of the Morongo Valley CSD will begin in open session at 7 p.m. to hear from the ad hoc committee tasked with updating the job description for the board’s general manager position. The board will then discuss the need for event organizer permits, food handlers cards, and heath requirements for upcoming events; review the requirements needed to bring the community building kitchen up to code; and approve a grant to be written for the Morongo Valley CSD and fire department. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the Covington Park Community Building, 11165 Vale Drive in Morongo Valley.
