At tonight’s meeting, CSD Director of Operations Gary Yearsley will report on a recent freezer donation to the Morongo Valley Fire Department. The board will then discuss and approve a resolution that would allow the district director of operations to make decisions on behalf of the board to obtain post-disaster public assistance grants from Cal OES and FEMA. Finally, the board will discuss and approve a method of payment for the fire chief when hours are worked outside of scheduled paid shifts. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. via Zoom phone conference.
