At special meeting on Wednesday, November 12, the Morongo Valley Community Services District will discuss a sunshine ordinance, policies for the board’s relations among directors and with district staff, and general criteria for creation and filling of board vacancies. The Board meets in the Multipurpose Room in Covington Park at 5:15 p.m.
