Last night in Morongo Valley, officers of the Community Services District Board established a policy for cost recovery of emergency services provided where the responsible party should be held accountable for their actions. Also last night, directors tapped Jeannie May, Janet Osborne and Hap Trowbridge for the committee to consider nominations for the Chuck Osborne Volunteer of the Year Award. Those actions and others followed regular reports and items on the consent agenda.
