At tonight’s meeting, the Morongo Valley CSD will discuss applying for two park and community development grants to help fund much-needed renovations for Covington Park.
The board will also finalize the CSD and fire department’s 2019-2020 fiscal year budget, approve the audit for the CSD’s 2018-2019 fiscal year, and authorize Morongo Valley Fire Chief Gary Yearsley to take a command vehicle to his home in Yermo in the event that he must return to Morongo Valley in an emergency. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the Covington Park Community Building, 11165 Vale Drive in Morongo Valley.
