The Morongo Valley Community Services District, or CSD, will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. tonight. Up for discussion are facility usage fees, liability releases, and insurance required by those using the Covington Park facilities. The board will also look at clarifying the work needed on the Geeson Field irrigation system, and releases and other paperwork required from volunteers working on CSD property. It all happens in the multipurpose room at the Covington Park Community Building in Morongo Valley.
