At last night’s special meeting, the Morongo Valley CSD Board of Directors went into lengthy discussion on the upcoming 2020-2021 district budget, discussing projected expenditures, insurance, contracts, and salaries. The board is expected to approve a preliminary budget during its regular meeting on June 17. The board also held a closed session meeting to conference regarding labor negotiators, reporting that the board will continue closed-session discussions at the June 17 board meeting. Lastly, the board tabled its review of a new lengthy list of board by-laws until its regular June 17 meeting.
