At tonight’s regular 7:00 meeting of the Morongo Valley Community Services District, the board will hear a presentation on the Morongo Youth Awards, consider a resolution to extend the district’s line of credit, and discuss moving the regular meeting schedule back to the third Wednesday of the month. Tonight’s meeting takes place in the Community Building’s Multipurpose Room on the edge of Covington Park in Morongo Valley.
Other items on the agenda include a discussion of the children’s library and the use of a storage room for judo mats and other equipment, nominating a member to the CSDA, appointing a new financial commissioner, clarifying its policy on the use of sports fields so that any organized sports team can use them, and setting up an ad hoc committee to review the contract of General Manager Donna Munoz.
