MORONGO VALLEY CSD BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETS TONIGHT TO CONSIDER VACATION HOURS, FOOD PANTRIES

LEAD: The Morongo Valley Community Services District Board of Directors meets in person tonight. For a closer look at their agenda, we go to reporter Jef Harmatz.

At tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting, the board of directors will continue working towards a resolution on the matter of employee vacation hours, an issue that was brought to light at an earlier meeting. The director of operations will deliver a report regarding continuing food distribution via a food pantry initiative through the end of the year. The board will also consider a resolution to extend online attendance for meetings through the end of the year. The meeting will be held tonight at 6 p.m. at the Covington Park Community Building, 1165 Vale Drive in Morongo Valley.
