At tonight’s regular 7:00 meeting of the Morongo Valley Community Services District, directors will consider several items of new business, including possible extension of a $200,000 line-of-credit with the option of an annual renewal. Also tonight, directors will likely adopt several resolutions: one will change district elections from an August mail-in to a November odd-year election. Another aims to initiate private sector sponsorship of Morongo Valley’s Fire Truck to address a budget shortfall. And under “continued business” is the possible censure of a director in connection with a personnel matter. It all happens in the Community Building’s Multipurpose Room on the edge of Covington Park in Morongo Valley.
