Following a closed session performance evaluation of the general manager, the Morongo Valley Community Services District Board will hold a public hearing for adoption of the annual budget for fiscal year 2013-2014. Tonight’s meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Covington Park Multi-Purpose Room.
