In Morongo Valley the Community Services District meets in regular session at 7 o’clock tonight in the Covington Park Multi-Purpose Room. The meeting is expected to open with a presentation from the Well Christian Revival Center regarding the Church’s interest in purchase or lease of the Mojave Road property formerly used as a Women’s Club. Later, the Board will hold a hearing for the public to weigh in on the annual Budget for fiscal year 2012-2013. Also tonight, the board is expected to consider adoption of a Fire Department Standard Operating Guideline on Apparatus Maintenance, Safety and Readiness replacing a less detailed procedure now in use.
