Morongo Valley residents are invited to a community-wide spring cleaning March 26 beginning at 8 a.m. Financed by County Code Enforcement and hosted by the Morongo Valley Clean Team, this effort will target tires and e-waste only. The drop off site is at the ballfield parking lot on Park Avenue, just east of the flashing light on the highway. Tires will be collected until noon; e-waste will be collected until 4 p.m. No tires with rims can be accepted. Tires must not exceed 11 inches by 25.5 inches. E-waste includes household electronics, TVs, computers, printers, microwaves, printers, DVD players, space heaters, and more. To find out more, call 760-363-6004.
