On Saturday, October 19, Morongo Basin Special Olympics Green Mojaves traveled to Moreno Valley for their Regional Bowling Tournament. Twenty athletes represented their community by bringing home six gold medals, seven silvers, four bronzes and three fourth-place medals. A few of the gold medalists were Tyler Brayley, James Neal—and winning by one pin—Michelle Pence. Next weekend the Green Mojaves travel to Perris. Two soccer teams will compete in four games for the 2013 Inland Empire Regional Fall Games.
