San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Stucki was recently named as the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station 2020 Deputy of the Year. Deputy Stucki was presented his achievement at the annual Elks Lodge public service appreciation dinner earlier this month. Deputy Stucki started with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in September 2016 at the High Desert Detention Center. In January 2017, he was assigned to the Morongo Basin Jail and began patrol in June 2017. Deputy Stucki has also worked as the Yucca Valley MET deputy, an acting detective, field training officer, and on the marijuana operations team.
