Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station has new Captain

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Morongo Basin Station has a new captain.

Captain Robert Warrick, who has led the Morongo Basin Station under the supervision of Sheriff Shannon Dicus since 2022, has been given a new assignment.

A new captain was appointed, Steve Scovel. Captain Scovel was previously a lieutenant at the Sheriff’s Yucaipa Station. Captain Scovel was promoted and assigned to the Morongo Basin Station this week.
