MORONGO BASIN ROTARY CLUBS HOST 8TH ANNUAL FOOD DRIVE

The four Rotary Clubs of the Morongo Basin—Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley Noon, and Yucca Valley Sunset—are serving together to host the 8th Annual Rotary Food Drive to replenish local food pantries. Over the past eight years, the clubs have collected food and funds to provide over 70,000 meals to individuals, families and local pantries. Due to the pandemic, the Rotary Clubs are not able to gather food donations in person and are pivoting to a fundraising campaign to raise money to purchase food needed. Through April 19, the Rotary Clubs ask for tax deductible contributions through the Rotary Club of Joshua Tree Foundation.

Donation can be mailed to P.O. Box 1323, Joshua Tree, California 92252

or Venmo @RotaryClubof-JoshuaTree.

For more information, please contact Rotarians Mary Helen Tuttle at 760- 861-7315 or Paul Hoffman 760-832-3188.
