Tonight, members of the Morongo Basin Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) will gather online to discuss issues facing unincorporated communities of the Morongo Basin. The meeting will feature safety reports from local fire and law enforcement. In addition to the Chairman’s Report, the meeting will include community updates from each represented area: Landers, Joshua Tree, Desert Heights, Wonder Valley, Morongo Valley, Copper Mountain Mesa, Johnson Valley, Pioneertown, and Yucca Mesa. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. Residents can attend the meeting via zoom.
