The July 13 agenda of the Morongo Basin Municipal Advisory Council features an informational presentation by Eldon Heaston, executive director of the Mojave Air Quality Management District. That will come after the seating of two new members of the MAC, Tom Ziegert of Yucca Mesa, and Richard Lutringer of Landers. The meeting starts at 6:30 at the Joshua Tree Community Center, 6171 Sunburst.
