The June 8 agenda of the Morongo Basin Municipal Advisory Council features “Drought 101,” an informational presentation by Big Horn Desert View Water Agency General Manager Marina West. Among the regular public safety reports, the Sheriff’s report will focus on recent burglaries in the Morongo Basin. The meeting starts at 6:30 at the Joshua Tree Community Center, 6171 Sunburst.
