The Morongo Basin Historical Society, MBHS, is back with a big, two-day rummage sale this Friday and Saturday, September 29 and 30, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MBHS Museum and Research Center in Landers. Volunteers say they have a huge inventory of treasures including furniture, tons of sports cards at $1.50 a pound, electronics, small appliances, and lots of kitchenware. MBHS is on Landers Lane a quarter mile south of Landers Post Office.
