The Board began the night with election of board officers. New board member Misty Evans was nominated for treasurer but turned it down. The end result, Bob Armstrong President, Marge Doyle Vice President, Dianne Greenhouse Secretary and Joe Sullivan Treasurer. Doyle and Sullivan were also appointed to sit on the Community Health Center’s governing board. Controller Debbie Anderson’s monthly finance report showed that the fiscal year-to-date operating net income through November was four percent under budget for a dollar amount of $36,054 and CEO Jackie Combs reported that they have hired a new Nurse Practitioner to work in Behavioral Health.
