The Morongo Basin Regional Council on Aging (MBRCA) is presenting a panel discussion with those “in the know” tomorrow (March 24) from noon to 1 p.m. in the Cholla Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center. This is a time for Morongo Basin seniors to ask their questions and voice their thoughts on life in the basin for senior citizens (and anyone else). Panel members include Twentynine Palms City Manager, Frank Luckino, Public Information Officer from the Joshua Basin Water District, Kathleen Radnich, Mayor of Yucca Valley, Jim Schooler, along with many other representatives from the Department of Aging and Adult Services, the MBTA, and charity organizations.
