MOJAVE DESERT LAND TRUST TO DISCUSS CONSERVATION AT BROWN BAG LECTURE TOMORROW

The brown bag lunch lecture series continues Wednesday, April 20.
Bring your own brown bad lunch, beverages provided. Celebrate Earth Day with a meet and greet with Greg Hill, MDLT’s newest lead volunteer. Hill recently retired after working more than 30 years for the National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management. Hill is deeply knowledgeable about how public land is managed for conservation. He will discuss how conservation areas are designated and his work on the Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan. All the lectures begin at noon at the MDLT Headquarters at 60124 29 Palms Hwy. in Joshua Tree. All the lectures are free and open to the public.
