MOJAVE DESERT LAND TRUST CLEANING THE AMBOY CRATER SATURDAY

The Mojave Desert Land Trust and the Bureau of Land Management are also sponsoring a clean-up day at Amboy Crater. Volunteers should meet at the land trust’s headquarters on the highway in Joshua Tree at 7:15 a.m. Saturday, October 28, to carpool to the crater, or, meet at the Amboy Crater trailhead at 9 a.m. Workers will pick up trash, and work on improving the trail to the crater, as well as other activities.
