The Morongo Basin Healthcare District’s Mobile Medical Unit will be at the following locations in May:
Thursday, May 9, Belfield Hall in Landers, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Thursday, May 16, Tortoise Rock Casino in Twentynine Palms, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wednesday, May 22, Wonder Valley Community Center, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wednesday, May 29, Reach Out Morongo Basin office, Twentynine Palms, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A nurse practitioner will be on board, providing primary medical care and screenings, and if necessary, prescribing lab tests and refilling prescriptions. Most insurances are accepted. Care is provided regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Appointments are encouraged.
