Mil-Tree, an organization that brings active duty and retired military service members together with civilians, is offering a series of three workshops on empowering women. Hilary Sloane has more information…
Fairy tales may be the last place that you’d look for empowered women. That’s part of the problem. Look beyond the mainstream image of the passive princess, and you’ll find insight and inspiration to develop your power and expand your vision. Mil-Tree is offering a free, three-week series of story-based workshops for women, starting Sunday, January 31. Participants will receive an email with links to a story every Sunday, which can be listened to at your convenience. Join in the group exploration of the story on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., via Zoom.
