Mil-Tree, an organization that unites veterans, active duty personnel and civilians for creative projects, is hosting a yoga for relaxation event on February 24. This free one-hour online class is designed to bring the nervous system back into balance and rest and restore from daily and cumulative stressors and is available to all levels and all bodies.
Hosted by Melissa Grisi, the virtual lunchtime yoga class is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. this Wednesday. To sign up and get more information, email Mil-Tree at [email protected]
