Richard Lutringer lives in Landers, where he has been for 4 years, 2 of them full-time. He’s a professional mediator. He facilitated the Landers community effort against the Bowman solar project, which resulted in the denial of a permit for the project by the County Board of Supervisors. He says he feels ” it is important for MAC to play a positive role in balancing the unique natural environment of the Morongo Basin with State, Federal and legitimate economic interests.”
