Newly elected state senator Shannon Grove, who represents California’s 16th Senate District, will host a holiday open house Wednesday, December 19. The event will be held at her Yucca Valley satellite office in the State Farm Insurance building, 7248 Joshua Lane, from 5 to 7 p.m. The public is invited to drop in and meet the senator. Light refreshments will be served.
