Rainbow Stew is hosting a meditation class called “luminous” that combines reiki and deep breathing exercises with native American teachings. Rossana Jeran will lead this one-hour class on Tuesdays, January 8, 15, 22, and 29 at 11 a.m. There is a suggested $10 donation.
