Rainbow Stew is hosting a meditation class called luminous that combines reiki and deep breathing exercises with native American teachings. Rossana Jeran will lead this one-hour class on Tuesdays, February 5, 12, 19, and 26 at 11 a.m. There is a suggested $10 donation.
