Rainbow Stew is hosting a meditation class called luminous that combines reiki and deep breathing exercises with native American teachings. Rossana Jeran will lead this one-hour class on Tuesdays, September 4, 11, 18, and 25, and Saturday, September 29 at 11 a.m. There is a suggested $10 donation.
