MCDONALD’S RESTAURANTS KICK OFF “THANK YOU THURSDAYS” TOMORROW

Your local McDonald’s are launching “Thank You Thursdays” breakfast program for COVID-19 responders. Starting tomorrow (February 4), healthcare workers, firefighters, and police officers can receive a free small coffee and egg McMuffin sandwich every Thursday this month at the McDonald’s restaurants in Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms. All McDonald’s in Southern California are participating. Any hospital and healthcare worker, police officer, or firefighter with ID or badge can redeem the offer at drive-thru and takeout during breakfast hours.

“In SoCal, the impacts of COVID-19 remain profound and the efforts of our frontline responder community have been nothing short of extraordinary,” said Richard Shalhoub, association president of the local McDonald’s franchisee group and owner of 31 McDonald’s restaurants in Riverside County. “By offering a small measure of appreciation and warm breakfast, McDonald’s SoCal franchisees hope to extend our deepest gratitude to the heroes in our community giving us their all.”
