Donating a can of food or other non-perishable food item will allow you a free ride with MBTA (excluding the Palm Springs Routes). The food received will be donated to the local food pantry for distribution to the local agencies of Morongo Basin. If you don’t ride the bus, but wish to contribute to the food drive, you may drop off the food at the MBTA office at 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree through November 15, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
