At Thursday’s (March 22) meeting of the Morongo Basin Transit Authority, the board of directors will discuss a marketing campaign and fare subsidy project; approve revisions to the budget and transit operating and capital plan. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at the MBTA Operations Center, 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree.
