At Thursday’s (February 23) meeting of the Morongo Basin Transit Authority, directors will recognize an outgoing board member. Following staff reports, directors will assign members to various sub committees. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at the MBTA Operations Center, 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree.
