At Thursday’s (October 25) meeting of the Morongo Basin Transit Authority, the board of directors will recognize the MBTA employee of the quarter. Next, the board will discuss its new website, make adjustments to the Road Runner shuttle service with the national park, approve transportation assistance grant awards, and revise the 2019 budget and the transit operating and capital plan. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at the MBTA Operations Center, 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree.
