At Thursday’s (May 24) meeting of the Morongo Basin Transit Authority, the board of directors will be asked to approve a bus stop improvement project. In addition, the board will discuss the draft operating and capital budgets for fiscal year 2018/19. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at the MBTA Operations Center, 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree.
