At Thursday’s (December 14) meeting of the Morongo Basin Transit Authority, directors will begin the meeting with a recognition of an employee who is retiring. Under new business, directors will be asked to approve revisions to the fiscal year 2018 operating and capital budgets. Directors will then elect new officers. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at the MBTA Operations Center, 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree.
