The 83rd annual Pioneer Days celebration in Twentynine Palms is set for Thursday, October 17, through Sunday, October 20. The carnival opens at 5 p.m. Thursday. Unlimited ride wristbands are available for a discounted price through October 17. Wristbands are valid for any one day you choose. Other events include Little Miss and Master pageant, the Firefighters’ pancake breakfast, the parade, Old Timers’ gathering, sunrise service on Sunday, pet parade, and more.
