Mark your calendar for the evening of July 13, when Reach Out Morongo Basin marks 20 years of service to Morongo Basin’s senior and disabled residents. The neighbors-helping-neighbors organization wants to reflect on past successes and growth and wants to share with the community their plans for the next 20 years. The gala will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center‘s Friendship Hall on the highway across from Joshua Tree Memorial Park. There will be a cocktail hour, dinner catered by Bruce’s Coyote Kitchen, silent auction, and live music by Hunter and the Wicked.
