Marines from the Twentynine Palms Combat Center spent Saturday, October 4, working at Desert Christ Park in Yucca Valley painting the fence and performing other chores to help spruce up the park. More volunteers are needed this Saturday, October 11, to finish the clean-up projects. If you would like to help improve the park, meet at Desert Christ Park at 8 a.m. Saturday, October 11.
