A Marine was arrested Friday morning, accused of beating up his wife. According to Sheriff’s Sergeant Matt Yost, Michael Carradine, 28, a sergeant with Communications and Electronics School Headquarters Company, was arguing with his wife in the 8000 block of Sandhill in Twentynine Palms about 11:30 when the argument turned physical. The woman, who had injuries to her face, arms, and back, told deputies that Carradine pushed, kicked, and slapped her multiple times. Michael Carradine was arrested for investigation of felony spouse abuse, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
