Man on probation for DUI arrested again for suspected DUI in Twentynine Palms

A man on probation for DUI charges was arrested again on suspicion of driving under the influence in Twentynine Palms.

On Sunday (January 4) at around 9:30 p.m., the California Highway Patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Adobe Road and Homestead Drive in Twentynine Palms. The driver of the vehicle was Jermaine Booker, a 51 year-old resident of Twentynine Palms. During the traffic stop, county records show that Booker was allegedly driving under the influence and with a suspended license. 

Booker is currently on probation for driving under the influence after he pled guilty to DUI charges related to incidents 2022 and 2025. 

Jermaine Booker was arrested for suspicion of DUI and driving on a suspended license, and is being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $150,000 bail.
