A man was found dead in a pool in Twentynine Palms Saturday afternoon. Preliminary reports indicate that 911 received a call at 1:05 p.m. from a home in the 75600 block of Encanto Drive that an 18-year-old man had been found dead in the pool. There were no obvious signs of trauma to the victim, whose identity has not yet been released. The coroner is investigating the cause of death.
